These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of Introvert OS™: The User Manual (“Digital Product”) sold by This is Sam Sheppard Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

3. The Product

3.1 Description

The Digital Product is a downloadable PDF guide providing neuroscience-informed insights, behavioural patterns, and communication frameworks related to introversion.

3.2 Format

Delivered as a PDF file via email.

3.3 Personal use only

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence. You may not share, resell, distribute, reproduce, adapt, or use the content for commercial purposes.

4. Pre-Order Terms

4.1 Pre-order purchase

This product is sold on a pre-order basis. You are purchasing access to a Digital Product that is not yet delivered at the time of purchase.

4.2 Delivery

The Digital Product will be delivered by email to the address provided at checkout once it is complete.

4.3 Estimated delivery timing

Any delivery timelines communicated are estimates only and not guaranteed.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Price

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5.2 Payment

Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Your right to cancel (before delivery)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your pre-order within 14 days of purchase, provided the Digital Product has not yet been delivered.

To cancel, email hello@thisissamsheppard.com within this period.

6.2 Delivery and loss of cancellation rights

Delivery is deemed to take place when the email containing the download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Once the Digital Product has been delivered, your right to cancel is lost if:

you have requested immediate access to the Digital Product, and
you have acknowledged that you lose your 14-day right to cancel

By completing your purchase and confirming your consent at checkout, you:

request immediate delivery of the Digital Product once it becomes available, and
acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the Digital Product has been delivered

6.3 Refunds

All sales are final once the Digital Product has been delivered.

Refunds will not be provided for:

change of mind
subjective dissatisfaction
failure to download or use the product

6.4 Faulty or misdescribed content

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If the Digital Product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

6.5 Support

If you experience any issues accessing the product or feel it is not as expected, please contact hello@thisissamsheppard.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

7. Delivery

7.1 Method

Delivery is via email with a download link.

7.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and downloading and storing your copy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by This is Sam Sheppard Ltd.

You may not:

share, forward, or distribute the product
upload it publicly
reproduce, adapt, or modify it
use it within coaching, training, facilitation, consulting, or any commercial activity

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Nature of content

This product is educational only. It is not therapy, medical advice, or mental health support.

9.2 No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.

We are not liable for:

indirect or consequential loss
business or commercial losses
misuse or misapplication of the content

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Digital Product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
